Lately I’ve been trying more Asian dishes and exploring flavors and have been loving Pho! Im not sure if it’s the same authentic ones they serve in Hanoi but it’s so good! The food in your list here looks tasty like that BÁNH MÌ!

How could this be a “mini” guide? It just listed all the best dishes in Vietnam, and Hanoi for particular. For anyone who haven’t tried these foods, don’t ask for recommendations since my recommendation for you is to have a try at all of them. They’re definitely worth it.

Ok, so I am not even going to try to pronounce these. They look really yummy but would have been never sure ofwhat they are . Glad you have deciphered those for us. At least as a vegetarian, I know now what to expect and what can be made to my tastes.

Hanoi seems to have a lot of options for food. The Banh mi looks like a sandwich one must taste. Though I would look out for a vegetarian variant if it is available. Handy guide for the hungry in Hanoi!
