Most of my bucketlist just tells me to hike, skydive or try radical stuff I haven’t done and I have no idea and completely shocked about a thousand of things to do in Saigon. Such a wonderful place to be.

Whenever I think of Saigon I always think about the musical but saigon as a place looks beautiful. Plus you mentioned Kim Chi and I am a sucker for kimchi x

I actually learned something new reading this post. I never knew Vietnam was a colony of France and China at one point. That’s a pretty cool fact explaining the French and Chinese influences in the cuisine.
