This sounds like such a wonderful festival. I love what it represents and that it is not only enjoyed by locals but travelers too. I think I may have to add this to my bucket list. The flowers alone I am sure are worth seeing.

This would be the perfect resemblance of paradise. Stunning and gorgeous more than anything else that could be found in Saigon.
